Returns must be within 14 days after receiving your order. Please use the contact form and a representative will respond to you within 48-hours with return information. DO NOT return anything to our showroom, as it will not be taken back. This prevents fraudulent exchanges and ensures you receive full credit of your order. Returns that are received without authorization will incur additional freight costs and a 20% service fee. Returns made within 14 days will not have restocking fees, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the rug has been received, inspected and determined to be in new condition, we will refund your credit card. If it is soiled or damaged, it will be refused.

DAMAGES: If there are any visible damages during delivery, please inspect the rug while your driver is there and make precise notes on the delivery receipt. If you feel like the damage is beyond repair please REFUSE the rug at that time. If damage is found after you have signed for delivery, please use the contact form and a representative will respond to you within 48-hours with return instructions and a replacement rug will be sent out at no additional cost.



Shipping is FREE on most orders via UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground. We currently only ship to addresses in the United States and we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes.  A non- refundable processing & handling fee of $6.95 will be added to all orders.

Free shipping is not included on clearance rugs, accessories and rugs larger than 8′ x 11′.

For large and oversized items, alternative shipping methods will be arranged and the cost will be calculated during checkout. An independent trucking company will contact you to arrange your delivery during business hours.

We will email tracking numbers to you when they become available so that you can monitor your shipment.

Please contact us  if you require a faster delivery method than Ground Shipping.


Transit Time

Most rugs will ship within 5 -7 business days and from there takes another 7-10 business days in transit. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you with an availability date.
