Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DO NOT return anything to our showroom, as it will not be taken back. Returns that are received without authorization will incur additional freight costs and a 20% service fee.

DAMAGES: If there are any visible damages during delivery, please inspect the rug while your driver is there and make precise notes on the delivery receipt. If you feel like the damage is beyond repair please REFUSE the rug at that time. If damage is found after you have signed for delivery, please use the contact form and a representative will respond to you within 48-hours with return instructions and a replacement rug will be sent out at no additional cost.

 

Shipping

Shipping is calculated with size and weight. We currently only ship to addresses in the United States and we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes.  A non- refundable processing & handling fee of $6.95 will be added to all orders.

Free shipping is not included on clearance rugs, accessories and rugs larger than 8′ x 11′.

For large and oversized items, alternative shipping methods will be arranged and the cost will be calculated during checkout. An independent trucking company will contact you to arrange your delivery during business hours.

We will email tracking numbers to you when they become available so that you can monitor your shipment.

Please contact us  if you require a faster delivery method than Ground Shipping.

 

Transit Time

Most rugs will ship within 5 -7 business days and from there takes another 7-10 business days in transit. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you with an availability date.
